SLIMMING Come and kick start your way to a new, slimmer, fitter, healthier you! We will be running short breaks which will be based around the amazingly successful Slimming World diet plan. It has been shown to be true, that apart from a diet that fits comfortably into everyday life, support is the most successful way to achieve and maintain weight loss, so we are planning small groups of women who would like to 'share the experience' together. We will introduce the eating plan, and plan and prepare meals together in the convivial kitchen. Everyone will leave with a recipe folder, a kick start, and a group to keep in touch with along the journey to a happier slimmer you!
WRITERS RETREATS Find a peaceful terrace, have a yoga session, be presented with delicious meals and just settle down to write! We can remove the stresses and strains of life and give you space to let your creativity flow. With wonderful walks and cycle rides, large airy spaces, treatments by request and excellent hosting you will be free to concentrate on your writing. Programs to be arranged.
COOKING WITH CARLY Unleash the chef in you! Carly is an inspirational cook, with skills from bread making to Vegan, carnivore to herbivore, Carly will help you come up with exciting and delicious creative menu plans. We are hoping to run a trial breaks in November/December 2018 and March 2019 This will be run at cost price and used as an introduction for guests, and for us to refine the timetable and menus.
Thereafter, we plan to run 4 sessions a year.
